Word on the street is that Ben Ali is in fact in a coma which came from a stroke that he suffered 3 days ago. Saudi officials confirmed that. Further rumors ( which seem to be credible) state that Lelia is NOT in Saudi with him or holding his hand on his sick bed, but has gone to Libya. I believe her " son" Imed is in Libya and that she's with him trying to protect and save him. Imed on paper is Bel Hassen's (Lelia's brother) son but it's well known that Imed is Lelia's son that she had out of wedlock. On paper he was put as her brother's son to save her family shame and embarrassment. Nice wife, eh?
