In the case of co-ownership. This is co-owner demolition... LOL... j/k
I'll bring the marshmallows to celebrate!
Aw shit, Suzisue, you are not the first victim who had such a horrible experience
I have read about those scams before
Hahaha Miley Catus♥️
My rat suggested I might buy a coffee shop for us! He would run it of course and I could pop over for a few days once a month
I love it!!
But on a serious note, whose name is on the house, Suzi? Have you ever seen the completed property and paperwork?
Does the rat work?
* Is the property on family land or neutral ground?
Valed questions mango, I'm assuming it's all in his name.
Yes, the house is on his land, if it is his land.......? I believed what he said at the time.
There is no paperwork.
As I said, the only thing I have is the proof that I transferred money to an account in his name.
I have seen the house being built, but now it is never being finished, I think this is to keep him earning from me.
He works , dare I say , in a tourist hotel.
Or at least no paperwork involving me
You have MANY options Suzisue to extricate yourself from this situation. It's all up to how you want to handle it, though. It also depends on if you're ready to cut ties... if you're still speaking with him everyday, you may not be ready to start the breaking up process...
I guess so too....just wanted it confirmed to see if she has any rights, beings as they are not married. Not that it would make a massive difference if they were....with Tunisian law being as it is with foreign ownership....but she might have been able to fight for something with proof of the bank transactions.
Also...if the property should accidentally disappear...is it hers to do it with or would there be repercussions?
Makes me sick! I swear, if I'd paid for that....I'd burn it to the ground before handing it over to a prostitute and his plastic virgin
No way would I sit back and struggle, while they lived like royalty in my house!
I swear....I'd be paying somebody to strike a dang match....they'll do anything for a couple of dinar
Which hotel, Suzi? And what job? Does it pay much?
So it's all his then
I need to hear more details about this story before I suggest further action
He will say it's a gift I would say it's a loan and he was going to return the money.
Play the rat at his own game.
Sorry but it's going to be very difficult even if you can prove you sent the money.
If I was you I would seek legal advice ASAP
I'm really loving your idea of further action.....but it seems the house is solely in his name, and on family land....we'd have to be uber discreet with our bulldozer and matches
Grrrrr, ain't it a shitter!
Suzi, have you got screenshots proving he ASKED you for money? And screenshots proving that he said it was to be your forever home in marriage?
Wow....he was a keeper!
You should have hung on to him, chick.....he romanced you in style
That house would come tumbling down like a demolition team hit it. I'd send him on a nice vacation to enjoy his time, stay back and he'd come back home with only the foundation left. Hell, I may earth that too. I'd just make it seem like I'm renovating it. Want to upgrade to a mansion. Hehehe.
Yep, in the style of a petulant pauper.
To much work - just bury the rat
under the patio?
I'm not telling
If an autopsy needs doing....I'm willing
lol. That's an idea too. Then throw trash on top of his grave. We all know no one would find that grave with all that trash everywhere anyway.
This story makes me sad. I truly want this rat dealt with. That's a lot of money in Tunisia. 40k there, this guy can live for years off of that.
I wonder if he stashed some in a bank.
Bury that plastic, hymen reattach Tunisian barbie while youre at it.
