That´s a tough one :( may I interest you in a drink ? It got some of the stuff in it :D

    Cherry Ginger Bourbon Fizz
    Prep Time: 5 minutes

    Cook Time: 5 minutes

    Ingredients:
    1/2 cup granulated sugar

    1/2 cup water

    2 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice

    1 tablespoon grated ginger

    1 cup Bourbon

    Ginger Beer

    Ice cubs

    Lime wedges, garnish

    Maraschino cherries, garnish

    Directions:

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add sugar, water, cherry juice, and fresh ginger. Bring to a simmer and stir until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat to cool completely.

Fill a cocktail glass halfway full with ice. Pour 1/4 cup of bourbon into the class. Add about a tablespoon or so of the simple syrup. Fill the glass the rest of the way with the Ginger Beer. Garnish with lime wedge and cherry.

Omg, look at this!! I just died and went to heaven
The man thing may be bent over a hot oven later :D

    Bourbon Biscuit Bake
    [IMG]
    Shopping List
    • 250g milk chocolate
    • 125g unsalted butter
    • 250g caster sugar
    • 300g plain flour
    • 4 eggs
    • Pack of Bourbon biscuits
Preparation Time:- 15 minsCooking Time:- 25-30 mins
Complexity: [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

I bring you the Bourbon Biscuit Bake! A perfect mix of brownie and cake!

It’s gooey and crunchy. Chocolatey biscuit goodness at it’s best.

    1
Preheat your oven to 170°C. Melt together the chocolate and butter in the microwave or over a pan of boiling water.

    2
    Melt until nice and smooth.

    3
Then add in the caster sugar and mix well.

    4
Once mixed, add in your eggs and beat thoroughly.

    5
Once you have beaten the eggs in, sift in your flour and mix well.

    6
Put ¾ of your Bourbon biscuit pack into a sandwich bag and crush with a rolling pin. We still want big chunks of biscuit so don’t go too mad.

    7
Fold your broken biscuits into your mixture.

    8
Spoon your mixture into a lined baking tin. I’ve used a 10 x 8. Then crush the last ¼ of your Bourbon biscuits on top, pushing pieces down into the mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Once baked, leave to cool on a rack and cut into slices as desired! Or just get a fork and eat the whole thing.

There you have it! A Bourbon biscuit bake. A perfect mix of brownie and cake!

Perfect with an afternoon cup of tea. Someone get the kettle on.
