    We all know that sex is an awkward topic to discuss, not only in Tunisia, but even in the most "evolved" countries. Anyway, have you ever heard about "The Perfumed Garden", which was written around ~800 years ago by Sheikh Nefzawi, in modern day Tunisia and which discusses sex openly.
